Our Products
Any of Our water may be packaged in 5 gallon and 3 gallon polycarbonate bottles, 1 gallon HDPE bottles, and various sizes of PET bottles, namely: 8oz., 10oz., 12oz., 16.9oz.(half liter), 20oz., 24oz., and 1.0L.
5 or 3 Gallon Polycarbonate
The empty 5 and 3 gallon bottles are manually inspected for any traces of petroleum distillates or other foreign materials, then loaded into an automatic bottle washing machine. The washer pre-rinses each bottle, washes the inside and outside of each bottle with high pressure nozzles, rinses each bottle with clear ozonated water and finally sprays each bottle with a sanitation solution. The clean bottles are ejected onto a conveyor in a sanitized clean room where they are automatically filled, capped and conveyed through the code dater on the inspection and racking station.
1 Gallon
New on gallon HDPE bottles are manually removed from a sanitary hermetically sealed plastic bag and placed on a conveyor. The bottles are then moved to the label machine which applies a label with a code date. The labeled bottles proceed to a sanitized clean room where they are automatically filled, capped and conveyed to the inspection and automatic boxing station.
PET
New various sized PET bottles are automatically removed from pallets, single-filed and conveyed through a bottle rinser. Each bottle is thoroughly rinsed with ozonated water and sanitized, then conveyed to a sanitized clean room where they are automatically filled, capped and conveyed to the labeling station. Your labels or our stock labels are automatically applied to the bottle before being sent to the date coding, inspection and automatic boxing stations. Each filled box is mechanically sealed and a printed description with customer name is applied to the box.
